SENIOR TRAINING
Monday 6:00pm - 7:00pm - meet at Fermanagh Lakeland Forum running tarck
Wednesday 6:00pm. There are a couple of groups that currently meet on Wednesday evenings at the Lakeland Forum. These runs can vary in distance and intensity.
Saturday/Sunday Runs. - A number of members do get together for longer runs on these days so please contact us if you would like to join up with a group.

Tempo runs to be done at 85-90% of max heart rate or slightly slower than 10K pace.
VO2 sessions to be done at >90% of max heart rate or quicker than 5K pace.
